气管切开术30例体会 　　摘要：目的：探讨气管切开术的手术指征以及手术方法、并发症的防治。方法：通过局麻或无麻下完成30例手术，并加以归类分析。结果：除2例死亡外，余均顺利完成手术。术后并发症发生情况：创口持续出血1例（3.3%），创口感染3例（10.0%），气胸2例（6.7%），皮下气肿5例（16.7%），拔管困难2例（6.7%），吞咽困难2例（6.7%）。结论：气管切开术为高风险手术，必须严格掌握其适应证，熟练手术，加强术后观察及护理，提高成功率降低死亡率。 　　关键词：气管切开；喉梗阻；颈段气管 　　The retrospective analysis on tracheotomy 　　CHEN Fangming 　　Abstract：Objective： To explore the operation indication，operation methods of tracheotomy，and how to prevent and cure the complicating diseases after the operation.
