益母草联合缩宫素预防产后出血临床观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.12.61 　　摘 要 目的：探讨益母草联合缩宫素预防产后出血的临床疗效。方法：2013年8月-2014年1月收治分娩产妇800例，随机分成观察组和对照组，各400例。对照组剖宫产产妇在胎儿娩出后，于子宫肌壁注射缩宫素20U，以后静滴20U，1次/日，连续治疗3天。经阴分娩的产妇于胎儿娩出后宫底注射缩宫素20U，以后肌注10U，2次/日，连续治疗3天。观察组在对照组的基础上在分娩前后均加用益母草注射液2ml，连续治疗3天。结果：观察组产后2小时平均出血量（199.8±39.6）ml，24小时平均出血量（249.6±40.5）ml；对照组产后2小时平均出血量（305.3±61.2）ml，24小时平均出血量（346.9±58.8）ml。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组400例产妇发生产后出血4例，出血发生率1.0%，其中顺产产妇2例，剖宫产2例；对照组400例产妇发生产后出血14例，出血发生率3.5%，其中顺产产妇10例，剖宫产4例，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：益母草联合缩宫素可以有效预防产后出血，值得临床推广。 　　关键词 产后出血 缩宫素 益母草注射液 　　Clinical observation of motherwort combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage 　　Zhang Yanli 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yanshan County，Wenshan State，Yunnan 663100 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect of motherwort combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods：800 cases of pregnant women were selected from August 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 400 cases in each.In the control group，after the delivery of fetus，the maternal with cesarean section were treated with injection of 20U oxytocin in the wall of the uterus，later intravenous injection of 20U，one time each day，continuous treatment for 3 days.After the delivery of fetus，the maternal with vaginal delivery were treated with injection of 20U oxytocin in the uterine bottom，later intramuscular injection of 10U，tow times each day，continuous treatment for 3 days.On the basis of the control group，the observation group were treated with 2ml motherwort injection before and after delivery，continuous treatment for 3 days.Results：In the observation group，the average bleeding amount of postpartum 2 hours was 199.8±39.6ml，the average bleeding amount of 24 hours was 249.6±40.5ml.In the control group，the average bleeding amount of postpartum 2 hours was 305.3±61.2ml，the average b
