卓尼县一年级新生口腔健康状况的调查分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.10.99 　　摘 要 目的：了解卓尼县一年级新生口腔健康状况及流行特征，提出防治对策。方法：按《中国居民口腔健康指南》要求和学生健康档案涉及内容进行调查。结果：801名一年级新生中存在各类口腔疾病476例（59.7%）。其中换牙798例，换牙率99.6%；龋齿426例，龋齿率53.2%；双层牙26例（3.2%），暴牙17例（2.1%），反牙4例，氟斑牙1例，锥形牙2例。结论：本县儿童口腔健康问题比较突出，其中龋齿是主要问题，其特点是城镇高于农村，农村高于牧区，汉族高于藏族。应该根据儿童牙齿发育特点加强宣传和健康教育，倡导健康的口腔卫生习惯，提高少年儿童口腔健康水平。 　　关键词 一年级新生 口腔健康 调查分析 　　Investigation and analysis of oral health status among the first grade students in Zhuoni County 　　Lu Maocao 　　The Maternal and Child Health Station of Zhuoni County，Gansu 747500 　　Abstract Objective：To understand the oral health status and epidemic characteristics among the first grade students in Zhuoni County，and proposed countermeasures.Methods：We investigated according to the requirements of Chinese residents oral health guidelines and the student health records involved content.Results：In the 801 cases of the first grade students，there were 467（59.7%）cases have all kinds of oral disease.Among them，there were 798 cases were grow permanent teeth，the grow permanent teeth rate was 99.6%，426 cases were dental caries，the decayed tooth rate was 53.2%，26（3.2%）cases had double teeth，17（2.1%）cases were snaggletooth，4 cases were anti teeth，1 case was buddha spot tooth，2 cases were conic shaped teeth.Conclusion：The childrens oral health problems in this county are prominent， wherein the dental caries is a major problem，its characteristics is urban higher than rural，rural higher than pasturing area and the Han nationality higher than Tibetan people.We should strengthen the propaganda and health education base on the development characteristics of childrens teeth，advocate healthy oral hygiene habits，so we can improve the childrens oral health. 　　Key words The first grade students；Mouth health；Investigation and analysis 　　2012年9月对一年级入学的新生进行了健康情况检查，其中各种调查资料齐全者801名。在调查中笔者负责口腔健康状况检查，对所获资料进行了整理，现报告如下。 　　资料与方法 　　调查范围与对象：全县2012年9月新入学的一年级学生801名。 　　调查方法：按《中国居民口腔健康指南》（卫生部2009年印发）和学生健康档案涉及内容设计检查项目，逐齿进行检查，检查结
