GP73在PHC中的表达及临床意义 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨GP73在PHC癌组织中的表达及其对PHC可能存在的临床意义。方法：采用逆转录聚合酶链反应和免疫组化检测20例PHC癌组织（PHC组）和18例正常肝组织（正常对照组）中GP73蛋白以及GP73 mRNA的表达情况。结果：PHC组GP73 mRNA的相对表达水平为（1.37±0.18），明显高于对照组的（0.53±0.04）（P0.05）；PHC组GP73阳性表达率为80.0%（16/20），正常对照组为5.6%（1/18），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；PHC组中GP73蛋白表达量与GP73 mRNA相对表达量存在明显正相关性（r=0.76，P0.05）。结论：GP73在PHC癌组织中呈高表达，GP73能作为一种有临床意义的肝癌标志物，为PHC的诊断提供可靠的标记。 　　【关键词】 原发性肝癌； PCR； 免疫组化； GP73； 肿瘤标记物 　　The Expression of GP73 in Primary Hepatic Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance/ZHENG Fei，CHEN Xue-jun.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（01）：013-014 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the expression of GP73 in primary hepatic carcinoma and its possible clinical significance to primary hepatic carcinoma. Method： The expression of GP73 protein and mRNA in 20 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma （PHC group） and 18 cases of normal liver （normal control group） were examined by immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Result： The mean level of GP73 mRNA expression in the PHC group was （1.37±0.18）， and significantly higher than the normal control group of （0.53±0.04） （P0.05）； GP73 protein positive rate of the PHC group was 80.0%， the normal control group was 5.6%， showed significant difference between two groups （P0.05）； in the PHC group， relative quantity of GP73 protein expression and GP73 mRNA expression had a significantly positive correlation （r=0.76， P0.05）.
