Logistics cost control is reasonable in the following material supply system and channels and other aspects of the premise, and providing a certain level of logistics services, the use of modern science and technology and scientific management methods, to strengthen all aspects of logistics management, reduce logistics costs, to provide qualified, high level of logistics services for the enterprise production operation. Logistics cost reduction means mutual coordination between each link of the logistics function, enhanced, which will make the entire logistics system improved, rationalizing, and constantly optimize. Therefore to strengthen the significance of logistics cost management for improving building enterprise economic, social benefits have deeper.
