Yibin University 制药设备与工艺设计 课程设计 化学与化工学摘 　要 本次课程设计介绍了年产健胃消食片的前处理工艺车间设计。其处方为山药、太子参、山楂、炒麦芽、陈皮。工艺路线为取太子参半量与山药粉碎成细粉，其余陈皮等三味及剩余太子参加水煮两次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液低温浓缩至稠膏状，或浓缩成相对密度为1.08～1.12(65℃)的清膏，喷雾干燥。加入上述细粉、蔗糖和糊精适量，混匀，制成颗粒，干燥，压制成片。 设计内容包括物料流程图、物料衡算、工艺设备计算与选型、车间布置设计、带控制点工艺流程图和平面布置图，并编写了设计说明书。本设计根据任务书的要求，通过工艺计算，对工艺流程、设备选型、车间总布局进行合理设计，同时根据物耗确定主要设备，并对生产管理、三废治理和安全生产等进行了设计。 健胃消食片  Abstract The?curriculum?introduces the?annual output of 3000000 pieces of stromach digestion pre-treament process design.
