摘 要 本文从书法与传统文化、书法与汉字艺术、书法与现代设计之间的关系，以及自身的特点等多角度的进行了阐述、剖析，总结了书法作为设计元素在现代设计领域中得以运用的深厚历史积淀。并结合目前我国现代设计的现状，提出了在现代设计领域中运用、发展传统元素的必要性。 本文通过对中国书法中所蕴含的传统元素在现代设计中运用的阐述，进一步讨论了书法与现代设计相融合的方式，提出了将书法元素运用在现代设计中，是将传统书法的形式进行设计表现和运用，是将传统的图形符号赋予现代意义的设计。结合实例分析，对中国书法元素在现代设计中的形式美感表达进行了探讨，总结了在现代设计中运用书法元素的意义，提出了对书法元素加以重新认识和利用，使这些元素与现代设计更密切的结合，并将会为现代设计艺术带来新的亮点。 关键词:书法元素 现代设计 水墨 abstract The paper is summed up calligraphy to be the elements applied in the contemporary design which had accumulated in the long time history, by analyzing the relation between the main body of calligraphy and tradition culture,calligraphy and Chinese character art, calligraphy and contemporary design, and expressed the many facets from its characteristic being in progress. And combine with the present condition of China graphic design to bring the necessity of applying and developing tradition element in the field of graphic designing. The paper expounding that the tradition optesthesia art element in the calligraphy art in graphic designing, discussing how to merge calligraphy art into graphic designing art, brought forward what calligraphy element applying the graphic designing, is progress and applies the form designs of tradition calligraphy according to optesthesia design, is giving the tradition graphical symbol to modern significance. By example investigation and discussing how to progress the form aesthetic of calligraphy element in graphic design in analyzing, to Chinese calligraphy element in graphic designing, summed up the importance that the calligraphy element applies to graphic designing, brought forward use pair of calligraphy elements again, bring new bright in graphic designing art by closer union these elements and modern graphic designing.
