工业燃煤锅炉DCS控制系统设计 （子课题：控制方案的组态及监控画面的制作） 摘要： 本文叙述了工业燃煤锅炉的工作原理，具体阐述了锅炉控制中对汽水控制系统方案和自动检测的设计，利用了Control Builder 软件、UMC800控制器和FIX软件进行35吨工业燃煤锅炉汽水系统的自动检测与控制回路的组态，并设计了友好的监控画面。 关键词： 锅炉 FIX UMC800 控制系统 汽水系统 蒸汽压力 Abstract: the paper introduce the principle of the boiler which is used in burning coal industrial, it describes the scheme of the steam control system in boiler control and the design of auto- detection. it use the Control Builder software,UMC800 controller and FIX software to auto-detect 35t steam system in burning coal industrial and configuration the
