上海市嘉定区2007—2011年甲、乙类传染病疫情分析 　　摘 要 目的：了解上海市嘉定区2007-2011年甲、乙类传染病的发病趋势和流行特征。方法：采用描述性流行病方法分析。结果：2007-2011年全区共报告甲乙类传染病17种8 228例，死亡34例，年均发病率124.24/10万，年均死亡率0.52/10万，病死率为0.41%。其中甲类传染病报告1例，为霍乱；乙类传染病报告8 227例，其中呼吸道传染病报告2 579例，肠道传染病626例，血源及性传播疾病4 976例，自然疫源及虫媒传染病46例，新生儿破伤风1例。结论：嘉定区传染病防治工作任务仍然艰巨，重点防治血源及性传播疾病、呼吸道传染病和肠道传染病。 　　关键词 传染病 疫情 流行病学 　　中图分类号：R183 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2013）14-0039-03 　　Epidemiological analysis of class-A and class-B infectious 　　diseases in Jiading district of Shanghai from 2007 to 2011 　　MA Feifei， ZHONG Peisong， SHI Guozheng， JI Ying， ZHANG Yiying， ZHOU Hao 　　（Shanghai Jiading District Center for Disease Control and Prevention， Shanghai 201800， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To find out the incidence trends and popular features of notifiable class A and B infectious diseases in Jiading District from 2007 to 2011. Method： The data were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods. Result： From 2007 to 2011， a total of 8228 cases of 17 kinds of class A and B infectious diseases and 34 deaths were reported， whose average annual incidence rate was 124.24/lakh， the mortality rate 0.52/lakh and fatality rate 0.41%. Among the class A infectious diseases reported， one case was cholera. Eighty two hundred-twenty seven cases of class B infectious diseases were reported， of which 2 579 cases were respiratory diseases， 626 cases intestinal infectious diseases， 4976 cases blood and sexual transmitted diseases， 46 cases natural foci and vector-borne diseases， and 1 case neonatal tetanus.
