不同孕周超声检查对筛查畸形胎儿的研究分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨不同孕周超声检查对筛查畸形胎儿的临床价值。 方法 选取2011年5月～2013年5月在本院进行产前超声检查后分娩或引产的胎儿7800例，所有胎儿在产前均在不同孕期进行了超声筛查，其中100例胎儿经过超声筛查后确诊为畸形胎儿，将孕妇按照孕周分为11～13+6周、20～24周和28～32周3组，对3组孕妇的胎儿进行产前超声检查。记录分析100例胎儿的产前超声检查结果，并将其与分娩或引产结果进行对比。 结果 7800例胎儿分娩或引产后证实，其中105例胎儿为畸形胎儿，而不同孕周期超声筛查检出的畸形胎儿为100例，超声产前筛查畸形胎儿检出率为95.2%，产前复合性畸形胎儿的漏诊率为20%。 结论 在早孕期、中孕期和晚孕期等不同孕周时期，对胎儿进行超声检查，结合临床经验进行分析诊断，能最大程度降低畸形胎儿的产前漏诊率，降低畸形胎儿的出生率。 　　[关键词] 不同孕周；超声检查；畸形胎儿；临床价值 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（a）-0112-02 　　Research and analysis of different gestational age ultrasound screening for fetal malformation 　　GONG Cheng-ying1 YUAN Bin2 　　1.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，Maternal and Child Health Care of Xinyu City in Jiangxi Province，Xinyu 338025，China；2.Ultrasound Department，Maternal and Child Health Care of Xinyu City in Jiangxi Province，Xinyu 338025，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of different gestational age ultrasound screening for fetal malformation.
