吸入糖皮质激素治疗支原体肺炎致慢性咳嗽的效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨吸入糖皮质激素治疗支原体肺炎致慢性咳嗽的效果。 方法 选取本院收治的支原体肺炎患者120例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组。对两组患者进行控制感染治疗，治疗组患者在此基础上进行局部雾化吸入布地奈德治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 治疗组总有效率为93.8%，明显高于对照组的71.4%（P0.05）。治疗组患者体温恢复时间为（2.4±0.3）d，肺部啰音消失时间为（3.6±0.5）d，咳嗽消失时间为（7.1±0.8）d；对照组患者体温恢复时间为（4.4±0.3）d，肺部啰音消失时间为（7.4±0.2）d，咳嗽消失时间为（8.4±0.6）d，两组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组无并发症发生，对照组有5例出现并发症，并发症率为8.9%。 结论 吸入糖皮质激素治疗支原体肺炎致慢性咳嗽能有效抑制患者的咳喘症状，治疗效果非常明显。 　　[关键词] 支原体肺炎；慢性咳嗽；糖皮质激素 　　[中图分类号] R563.1+9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（a）-0076-03 　　Clinical observation of inhaled glucocorticoid in treatment of chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumonia patients 　　MA Chun-hua 　　Jiangdu People′s Hospital of Yangzhou City in Jiangsu Province，Yangzhou 225200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effects of inhaled glucocorticoid in the treatment of chronic cough causes by Mycoplasma pneumonia.
