拉米夫定联合阿德福韦酯对原发肝癌患者生活质量及机体改善效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨拉米夫定与阿德福韦酯联合对原发肝癌患者的治疗效果，并分析治疗对患者生活质量和机体改善效果的影响。 方法 选择2012年2～12月北京市房山区第一医院收治的原发肝癌患者120例，随机分为联合组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组采用常规拉米夫定治疗，联合组加用阿德福韦酯联合治疗。比较两组肝肾功能、凝血功能、血清肌酐（SCr）、血常规等，并评价治疗24周后的客观疗效及生活质量和机体改善情况。 结果 治疗24周后，联合组总有效率为85.0%，明显高于对照组的61.7%，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。联合组（好转+稳定）率为98.3%，明显高于对照组的71.7%，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 拉米夫定与阿德福韦酯联合治疗能有效提高患者的生存率，改善患者的生活质量及身体功能，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 拉米夫定；阿德福韦酯；原发肝癌；生活质量；机体改善效果 　　[中图分类号] R735.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2013）11（a）-0093-04 　　Study on Lamivudine combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil for the quality of life and the body improving effect of patients with primary liver cancer 　　HUANG Ronghua 　　Department of Pharmacy， the First Hospital of Fangshan District in Beijing City， Beijing 102206， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Lamivudine and Adefovir Dipivoxil joint for the patients with primary liver cancer， and to analyze the treatment effect of the patients quality of life and the body improving.
