DC Abstract: Purpose To Gynura divaricata(L.) DC n-buoh parts of the chemical components of the extraction and separation and identify its chemical structure. Methods Solvent extraction Gynura divaricata(L.) DC, using reverse phase silica gel TLC for monomer separation combined; using nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry determination of the structure of monomeric compounds. Results Currently,it obtains two compounds from tthis parts,guanosine and Kaempferol -3,7-O-two-β-D-glucoside Key Words: Gynura divaricata(L.) DC；Butanol；Chemical composition；Monomer structure 一、前言 1.1植物简介 白背三七Gynura divaricata(L.) DC.为菊科土三七属植物,又名白子菜、金鸡毛草,其茎、叶性寒,味咸、微辛,有毒。具有清热、舒筋、止血、祛痰之功。主治百日咳、风湿痛、骨折、创伤性出血、臃肿疮疖等。民间以白背三七地上部分作为食药两用,该植物一般以全草入药。本植物为多年生草本，喜生于潮湿的阴地上。分布台湾至华南、西南一带。
