年产5万吨铅精炼车间设计 说明书 摘 要 本设计为年产5万吨铅精炼车间改造设计，包括火法精炼，电解精炼，最终精炼三个部分。其中火法部分设计包括精练锅，阳极铸板排板机的设计设备布置。电解精练部分包括电解槽尺寸设计，阴极板制造设备设计和辅助设备选择，并且进行车间布局设计。最终精练部分设计包括氧化锅设计和精铅锭铸造设备设计。主要计算为铅电解精炼冶金计算，其包括：除铜、铜浮渣处理、电解精炼；以及主体设备尺寸计算和辅助设备选型。本设计根据铅精练工艺流程设计，从右到左分别为火法工段，电解工段和最终精练工段。其中火法车间主体1层，局部2层，车间长度为38m，宽度为20m。电解车间长度194m，宽度34m，主体1层，局部2层。最终精练工段设阴极板压板机，压板机连接一个氧化锅，位于2层，另外2口氧化锅也位于2层。 关键词：火法精炼；电解精炼 ；车间配置；车间设计  ABSTRACT The design for the annual production of 50 thousand tons of lead refining plant transformation, including three part,fire refining, electrolytic refining,and final refining.
