一、 扫街目的
1、 在短时间内把本案信息覆盖廊坊市区所有店铺及街道,
提高广大市民对本案的认知度及广泛宣传,达到广而告之。
2、 在发放过程中收集有意向客户的信息,通过回访这些意
向客户,增加咨询量,促进成交。
3、 为廊坊1898商铺的开盘提前造势,达到前期基础性宣
传,积蓄客户,促进成交。 二、 扫街时间
2015年8月1日-9月30日 三、 扫街人员安排及要求
1、 扫街人员工作时间上午8:00-12:00下午14:00-18:00
每天上下班打四次卡,如有特殊情况,需报王总说明情况。
2、 扫街人员按规定扫街路线进行拓客。 3、 扫街流程
1)、扫街人员按照规定路线,对沿街所有商铺一次发放,要求必须覆盖所有商铺。每家商铺只允许发放2份楼书。 2)、扫街人员负责发放楼书和介绍商铺(重点内容包括:项目名称、地址、价格区间等客户关心的问题并争取客户意见,达到让客户填写联系信息最终达到客户来电或来访)。
3)、扫街人员登记商铺名称、商铺位置、店主姓名和电话。登记要字迹填写清楚,电话号码最好是手机号。
4、扫街人员的工作量按规定路线进行商铺走访,每天每人电话登记填写至少20组以上。 四、 扫街分组
8月份主要针对市区竖向主干道进行沿街商铺走访,9月份主要针对市区横向主干道进行沿街走访。扫街范围为东到东安路、南到南龙道、西到西昌路、北到北凤道区域内的主干道。
