I. Purpose The Q1 Requirements for MPL Endorsement document was developed to outline the Q1 Petition Process for Ford North America (FNA) production suppliers petitioning the Supplier Manufacturing Performance Group (SMPG) for the Ford MPL Endorsement. Ford North American Production Suppliers petitioning for the Ford MPL Endorsement are encouraged to register for the Ford MPL and Delivery Rating (for Production and Service) training course. This course, hosted by the Supplier Manufacturing Performance Group (SMPG) and the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) provides an overview of all Ford MPL and delivery requirements for production and service, including an in-depth review of the Q1 Requirements for MPL Endorsement document. Additional course details are available on the Training page of MPL-in-a-Box. IMPORTANT NOTE: The MPL Endorsement does not include the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) requirements.
