本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：院 （系）：专 业： 基于DSP的交流电机VVVF控制器的设计 摘要 随着半导体业的快速发展，新的电力电子器件和微处理器的推出以及交流电机控制理论的发展，交流变频调速技术取得了巨大的技术进步。其中以功率逆变器驱动的可调速交流电机的使用能很方便的实现对电机的工作频率、电压及电流大小的调节。同时，它能提高电机的工作效率，改善电机的工作性能以及减小工作时产生的噪音,控制软硬件实现简单，性能价格比合理等优点，在实际中得到了广泛应用。 本文介绍了基于DSP的异步电机交流变频调速系统的研究和实现。变压变频控制原理, 阐述了正弦脉宽调制（SPWM）的基本原理，给出了DSP实现SPWM的方法。本文给出了变频调速系统的控制方案该变频调速系统的硬件电路包括主电路和功率电路等。控制系统的软件部分，以TMS320LF2407A DSP为核心设计了感应电机变压变频控制系统,给出了硬件结构及软件流程图.经实践证明，基于DSP芯片的VVVF控制变频调速系统性能优良，运行稳定，抗干扰能力强，电机运行噪音小，不失为一套具有先进型、新颖性、实用性的控制系统。 关键词:变频调速，数字信号处理器(DSP)，智能功率模块(IPM),SPWM Based on DSP ac motor VVVF the controller design Abstract With the rapid development of semiconductor industry, new power electronic devices and microprocessor launch and the development of ac motor control theory, variable frequency adjustinf technique made great progress of technology. Among them with power inverter driving adjustable speed ac motor use can easily achieve the working frequency of motor voltage and current size, the regulation. At the same time, it can improve the work efficiency, improve motor performance and reduce its work work makes noise, control hardware and software implementation is simple and reasonable cost performance advantages in practice, and can be widely used. This paper introduces the induction motor based on DSP ac inverter speed regulation system research and implementation. Variable pressure frequency conversion control principle, this paper expounds the sine pulse-width modulation (SPWM) are given the basic principle, method of realizing SPWM DSP. This paper gives the variable frequency speed regulation system control scheme of the variable frequency speed regulation system hardware circuit including main circuit and power circuit, etc. Control system of software components to TMS320LF2407A DSP core design the induction motor with variable pressure, frequency conversion control system is presented.the hardware structure and software flow chart.
