社区非特异性下腰痛患者健康教育模式研究 编辑部约稿论文 王桂荣 杨凤翔 湖北医药学院附属太和医院康复科 湖北 十堰 442000 摘要： 目的 探讨非特异性下腰痛患者健康教育模式，为社区慢性病患者的健康教育提供新的传播形式及理论依据。方法 将206例非特异性下腰痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各103例，观察组采用手机短信的形式进行健康教育，对照组采用常规健康教育。分别在干预前、干预1年后对两组知识知晓率、遵医率 、生活质量及经济学指标进行比较。结果 观察组患者干预后知识知晓率、遵医率、生活质量显著高于对照组（均P0.01）Subsidiary Taihe Hospital of The Hubei University of Medical, Shiyan，Hubei，442000 Abstract: Purpose To Investigate a healthy education model for the patients with non-specific low-back-pain offered a new form of communication and the theoretical basis for the healthy education of the community with chronic diseases.Methods 206 cases with non-specific low-back-pain were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Each of the groups had 103 cases.The observation group took the Short Messaging Service（SMS）.The control group used the conventional healthy education.Knowledge and awareness, following the doctors rate, quality of life and economic indicators were respectively compared between the tow groups before and one year after the intervention.Results Knowledge and awareness, following the doctors rate, quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group after the intervention(P﹤0.01);edical costs was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion The implementation of the SMS healthy education model is practical, economic, safe and effective for the patients with non-specific low-back-pain，and can be promoted and used in the healthy ducation model for the community of the chronic diseases. Key word:non-specific low-back-pain; healthy education;SMS 随着社会经济的发展，因生活节奏的不断加快、工作压力增大以及不良生活习惯等影响， 下腰痛（low back pain, LBP）的发病率逐渐升高，已成为目前继恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病之后，影响人类健康的最重大疾病之一。在发达国家，下腰痛是失业甚至致残的首要病因。而非特异性下腰痛(non—specific low backpain，NLBP)占总下腰痛的85% 以上。据文献报道，虽然经过积极的保守治疗，急性LBP 一年以内的复发率高达47%～87%【1,2】。为降低因LBP复发而导致的一系列经济和社会问题，必须采取积极有效的干预措施。为此，我科从2008年1月开始手机短信形式的健康教育模式对非特异性下腰痛患者进行健康教育，取得良好效果，现报告如下。 1 对象与方法 对象 2008年1～5月在我院康复科病区因非特异性下
