摘 要 针对我国电力系统状态监测和诊断技术研究及应用中存在的问题,对状态监测和故障诊断的任务、电力系统设备故障的特点、状态监测的实现条件及关键技术等进行了讨论和分析。对状态监测中的数据处理和分析技术进行了说明,指出“状态分类”和“处理决策”是数据分析的核心技术。介绍了国内外状态监测技术的现状和发展,指出只有国内设备管理体制改变和状态检修实施以后,状态监测的应用才会开展起来。 关键词：状态监测 状态检修 故障诊断 在线监测 Abstract In view of our country power system state monitoring and fault diagnosis technology and its application in the problem of existence, the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis task, power system equipment fault characteristic, condition monitoring realization condition and key technology are discussed and analysis.
