Abstract Language and culture are interactive and interdependent. Translation is closely connected with culture and a bridge of cultural exchanges. In the past decades, there has been a cultural shift in translation studies. Along with reform and opening up to the outside word, China‘s communication with foreign countries are more frequently than ever time. For which, our translators should pay more attention to cultural differences on translation so as to produce successful translation works. The dissertation tries to illustrate how the cultural differences influence on translati
