中 文 提 要 随着经济社会的高速发展，科技医疗事业的不断进步，随之而来的人口老龄化问题登上了历史的舞台且越演越烈，引起了世界各国广泛的关注。 人口老龄化是人们生活水平提高的必然结果，是民富国强的显著标志。然而它带来的后果也是令人堪忧的。面对着席卷世界多数国家的“银发浪潮”，各国相继展开有关人口老龄化问题的探讨与研究，并且采取各种有效措施应对人口老龄化挑战。本文主要根据当前人口老龄化现状，分析由于老龄化产生的社会影响，立足于老年人对物质精神生活所需，从宏观的角度上提出了应对老龄化问题的对策，并且从微观的角度上提出了解决老龄化问题的具体可行措施。通过本文的描述，使人们客观的认识人口老龄化问题的严重性，能够从思想上加以重视并且付诸在实际行动上；同时呼吁全社会给予老人更多的关爱，让每个老人都能度过幸福安享的晚年。 关键词：人口老龄化、对策、老有所依 Abstract With the rapid economic and social development, science and technology medical career progress, the population ageing boarded the stage of history and become more and more fierce, attracted the world attention. The aging of population is the inevitable result of the improvement of peoples living standard, is a strong symbol. However, it is also worrying consequences. In the face of sweeping the world most nation silver hair tide, countries have begun about the problem of aging population in the study and research, and to take all kinds of effective measures to cope with the challenge of population aging. In this paper according to the analysis of current status of aging population, due to the ageing of social influence, based on the older to the material and spiritual needs, from the macroscopic angle is put forward to deal with the aging problems, and from the microscopic angle put forward to solve the aging problem is specific and feasible measures.
