It is about how the movie and music arts influence and liberate the personality. It covers from his aspiring after rock and roll when he was young to his fond of the film arts in his adulthood. It has rich contents including the representatives of the fashion culture and some professional theories. Some proper nouns and sentences containing the author’s special emotions make it difficult to translate this article. After consulting some materials, I decided to follow the Skopos Theory. I used both the methods of direct translation and free translation to make sure that the information and author’s thoughts could be conveyed accurately.
