PATENT LICENSE CONTRACT Date: ______ Place: ______ Contract No.: ______ Whereas, Licensee desires to use the Licensed patent in connection with the company business for______ year and Licensor is willing to grant to Licensee the right to use the Licensed patent for ______ year on or in connection with the company business, such use subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Concept (1) Patented Technology means the technology which has been written in Appendix 1 to the Contract.
