Each string shall be fitted with test ends and filled with water supplied through tankers. Filling shall be carried out from the lowest point and venting air from the highest point (see sketch below). 2.1.2 Filling Water and Venting Air While opening air vent valve, water filling pump shall start filling till water overflow from venting valve, closing the valve and stop the water filling pump.
