China This Contract Agreement is a formal confirmation, with the terms and conditions of the Contract Award according to the Letter of Intent issued on _26_/_10__/_2009_. The contents and the conditions of this Contract Agreement are agreed during the Contract Agreement meeting for which the official Minutes of the Meeting have been prepared and undersigned by both parties. The agreed Contract Sum, including all local and national taxes and statutory fees is: RMB 6,933,445.80 (say: six million nine hundred thirty three thousand four hundred forty five and eighty cent) Hourly fees mentioned in the following Particular Terms and Conditions of this Contract, point 5.11 will be used only in case that pricing with agreed unit prices is not possible.
