Cultural Representative Program One of the greatest benefits of the Disney International Programs is the experience gained while working as a Cultural Representative. This is an opportunity to work and learn from one of the worlds leading entertainment and hospitality companies! In the Cultural Representative Program, participants share their culture and customs with our Guests who visit from all over the world. To qualify for this program, participants must authentically represent one of the countries or regions we have recreated in look and feel at the Walt Disney World? Resort. Participants in this program will work in Food and Beverage, Attractions, Kidcot or Merchandise at one of the themed pavilions at Epcot? World Showcase; in Guest Relations at one of our four theme parks or the Downtown Disney? Area; or at Disneys Animal Kingdom? Theme Park or Disneys Animal Kingdom Lodge. In this role, participants will have the opportunity to share the unique culture and customs of their country with Guests, while handling the specific positions traditional responsibilities.
