论生命权的法律保护 摘要 本文旨在讨论关于生命权以及法律对生命权的保护的相关内容。第一部分介绍生命权的概念以及生命权的发展历程，突出生命权对于每个人的重要性。第二部分通过列举一系列国际法律法规以及我国的有关法律体系表现法律对生命权的保护。第三部分具体介绍法律保障生命权的各种方式，通过这些方式来维护公民的生命权，使社会和谐安定的发展。第四部分提出了一些我国对于生命权保护的不足之处，并设想了对应的完善方法。 关键词：生命权；宪法；法律保护；世界人权宣言； On the Legal Protection of the Right to Life Abstract：This paper aims to discuss the right to life and the life of the law on the protection of the related content. The first part of this paper introduces the concept of the right to life and the development course of the right to life, the right to life outstanding for everyone is of great importance. The second part of a series of international laws and regulations by listing and Chinas relevant laws system performance to the protection of the legal right of life. The third part introduce the various ways legal protection of the right to life, through the way to the protection of the citizens right of life, the development of the social harmony and stability.
