Woods (2009, p.20) explained that ‘these changes are linked with man’s use of fossil fuels and exploitation of the land.’ So the America put forward many kinds of the policies and plans to contain the deterioration of the environment. The following will claim part of the America economic policies and their objectives. And it will also have a discussion of economic theory of these policies. In addition, critical policy analysis will in terms of the subsequent record or expected outcomes.
