It is made of flake graphite layer curled up into a seamless nanotubes [1], including single-walled carbon nanotubes and multi-walled carbon nanotubes[2]. Single-walled carbon nanotubes with the nature of the charge transfer can also be divided into small bandgap semiconductor, semiconductor and 3 of single-walled carbon nanotubes [3]. The synthesis of carbon nanotubes mainly include arc discharge method, chemical vapor deposition method, laser evaporation method, template method [4. 5].
