Freedom for Black Americans: From Lincoln to Martin Luther King
Time Range:
From Lincoln to Martin Luther King( from Civil War to Civil Rights Movement)
对象:Black Americans
Its origin:

Ironically, numerous black Americans were still excluded to the periphery of the United States.
表现在:
内战中:黑人英勇地参与到战争
内战后:improved to some extent, but they still had to face unfair treatments from the whole society. Although the 14th Amendment had legalized their freedom, but they felt they were treated differently. A recent research shows that decades after the Civil Rights Movement, the disparities between White Americans and Black American
