中国联通公司的第三方物流管理模式研究——以丹东为例 摘要 自我国国务院出台了《物流业调整和振兴规划》，物流产业发展已经成为我国经济发展的重要推动力。然而，由于物流业的发展过快，目前物流业面临着自身产业结构调整和产业升级的压力。近年来，第三方物流的发展大大提升了物流产业的专业化程度和运营效率，有助于物流产业链的优化升级，提升第三方物流公司之间的竞争度，从而实现社会物流费用的整体下滑。本文通过对对丹东联通公司引入第三方物流管理模式进行了分析，并设计了联通丹东公司与第三方物流合作进行物流管理的方案。联通丹东公司引入第三方物流的整体模式是自营物流与第三方物流结合的方式。根据本文引入第三方物流进行管理的方案设计，引入第三方物流的原则有：效率最大化、成本最小化、成本收益最大化。引入第三方物流的范围备货作业和补货作业、以及配货作业。根据联通公司的产品需要引入第三方物流企业的特性，结合第三方物流企业引入的基本原则，本文对联通公司和第三方物流企业在物流管理中的物流节点进行了设计。根据本文设计的方案，可实现成本节约72%，在效率的提升方面，可实现工程项目物资、备件的物流管理效率将会提升，以及丹东联通资源配置效率将会提升。但是同时也面临着第三方物流企业选择不当的风险、信息不对称的风险和委托代理成本的增加风险。 关键词：中国联通；丹东；第三方物流 Abstract Since Chinas State Council issued a logistics industry restructuring and revitalization plan, the development of logistics industry has become an important driving force of Chinas economic development. However, due to the excessive growth of the logistics industry, logistics industry is facing the pressure of its industrial structure adjustment and industrial upgrading. In recent years, the development of third-party logistics greatly enhance the degree of specialization and operational efficiency of the logistics industry will help the optimization and upgrading of the logistics chain to enhance the degree of competition between third-party logistics companies in order to achieve the overall decline of social logistics costs.
