网络信用建设问题研究 摘 要 随着网络和网络经济的迅猛发展网络信用也悄然袭来虚假易、合同诈骗、假冒行为、侵犯消费者合法权益等违法行为这些现象很大程度上制约了我国网络的快速、健康发展。本论文从网络特点和网络信用出现的原因将传统的信用管理理论引入到网络信用体系建设中对网络信用体系的建设作了初步探讨。论文五个部分: 第一部分第二部分是关于我国网络发展的现状分析分析我国网络中出现的信用危害,强调了建立网络信用体系的必要性和紧迫性第三部分第四部分是关于网络信用体系的建设在构建了网络信用体系框架,并从环境和技术对网络信用体系建设的框架进行。 第五部分是关于网络信用评估的若干问题文阐述了信用评估内容和评估模,进而分析了信用的现状和出现的问题,对网络信用作了初步探讨Research network credit construction problems ABSTRACT As the network and the network's rapid economic development, the network credit problems also quietly hit.
