休闲农场的发展现状.docx

摘 要随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,休闲农业作为一种兼顾农业和旅游业的新兴产业已经兴起。而休闲农场作为休闲农业的唯一载体已然开始兴起。通过介绍发展山东省休闲农场的具体意义、罗列休闲农场的发展现状，包括国内外的发展现状和山东省休闲农场的发展现状，并举出两个案例，即山东省“丰和农场”“济南南部山区”，说明了休闲农场的发展现状及发展意义。然后利用SWOT分析法分析了山东省发展休闲农场具有资源优势，交通优势，历史文化优势，但也有规模小，设施不足，管理经验不足等问题。在此基础上得出了休闲农场在开发和建设过程中所应采取的积极做法和经验启示：主要有充分整合各种资源、坚持因地制宜可持续发展、突出特色重视参与体验、多元化融资多产业结合等方面。在此基础上提出了山东省休闲农场的发展思路，主要涵盖了旅游服务、基础设施、生态保护、配套保障等方面内容。?关键词：山东省；休闲农业；休闲农场；SWOT分析ABSTRACTWith the development of social economy and the improvement of people\s living standard, the leisure agriculture as a new industry in both agriculture and tourism has rise.
