Prof. Zha DeliMajor: Business AdministrationCollege of Economics and Business AdministrationChongqing UniversityApril, 2004重庆大学硕士学位论文摘要中文摘要城市的进程使得中心城区在经历一段时期的高速增长后，面临如何提升城市层次，如何与周边城区共同发展的困惑。中心城区城市竞争力是目前各级政府及专家学者高度关注的一个热门课题。本文是一篇实证分析文章，利用城市竞争力模型，研究重庆市渝中区的城市现状，找出重庆市渝中区发展的不足，并提出针对性的建议。本文吸取众多城市竞争力理论，立足于倪鹏飞的城市竞争力弓弦箭模型，结合中心城区的城市特色，建立了中心城区城市竞争力模型，从产业结构、开放度、政府管理、科技技术、人力资源、环境和社会七大方面建立定量指标体系外加区位定性分析。本文运用因子分析，将错综复杂关系的变量指标归纳为少数三个综合因子，从城市开放性与生活质量、社会保障因子和城市经济与城市承载力三个方面计算四个中心城区城市竞争力综合得分，并从城市空间结构、城市人口与用地规模、城市经济结构、中央商务区建设、城市的开放度、环境、人口和社会、政府经营和城市创新力八大方面逐一评价，分析比较重庆市渝中区城市发展的优、劣势及提出改进措施。本文使用比较分析和标杆的研究方法。考虑统计口径的可比性和中心城区的共性与差距，挑选了北京西城区、深圳罗湖区、成都青羊区作为标杆城市与重庆市渝中区城市发展作比较；同时又与重庆都市发达圈的其他城区发展作比较，找出渝中区的特色和差距，寻找渝中区适宜的发展方式。关键词：中心城区，城市竞争力，因子分析法，指标体系，重庆市渝中区I重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要ABSTRACTThe process of the city makes the urban area in the centre after going through thehigh growth of one period, face how to promote the urban level , puzzlement how todevelop with the peripheral urban area together.
