In addition, it proposed the thoughts and countermeasures that should be taken for further improving medical service quality. This paper is developed as per the following thought and logical system: (1) Firstly, it summarized the definition on relevant concepts such as the basic principle of medical service and medical service quality. (2) On the basis of referring to large amounts of literatures and conducting field interview, the satisfaction questionnaire on medical service quality was preliminarily formulated. Then it carried out analysis on the results of questionnaires, and obtained the current status and existing problems of medical service quality of public hospitals in Hainan Province. (3) As per the current status and existing problems summarized, this paper proposed the relevant suggestions on improving the medical service qualit
