牛津英语8A Unit 6 Natural disasters (Comic Strip Welcome to the unit) 教学设计 Ⅰ.教学目的: A.知识目标:通过Comic strip welcome to the unit 这两部分的教学,学生能掌握生词natural, disaster, accident, earthquake, lightning, storm, rainstorm, thunder, typhoon, 了解词组mop up the water, wash….away ;初步了解过去进行时的用法。 B:能力目标:熟练掌握常见自然灾害及自我保护的措施。 C:情感目标:唤起更多的人的自我保护及保护大自然的意识。 Ⅱ.教学准备: (1) A.课件制作 B. 8K卡纸,固体胶,水彩笔 , 两个头箍。 C.课前分组,6人一组,明确小组长,每组分发一个信封,内装若干张自然灾害的彩图,给任意10位同学每人一张笑脸贴花。 Ⅲ.教学过程: Step 1: warm-up a. Free talk: (1) Do you enjoy your school life? (2) Are you friendly to your classmates? (3) You like making friends, right? S: Yes. T: Me too. I also have many friends. [设计意图]: 在对话中设计“make friends”是为了介绍本课我所设计的一位核心人物Mr. Nature. 向学生介绍Mr. Nature 会随着心情的变换带给我们不同的天气,复习两个很普通的天气sunny days 和rainy days.很自然地导入新课。 Step 2: Presentation T: Mr. Nature also brought Hobo and Eddie a kind of weather. What weather ? (Let’s watch a flash. Tell me the answer. Besides this ,try to find out the answers to these three questions (点出问题并读题) Q 1.What was Hobo doing when it started to rain? Q2.When did Hobo hear the rain? Q3. Why did Hobo ask Eddie to go home with him? (点视频,看完后)Ok, What weather did Mr. Nature bring to Hobo and Eddie? (Rainy day) Then answer the other three questions one by one. At the same time , teach “was/ were doing….” and “mop”.
