内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目：补连塔煤矿3-1煤层年开采设计 学生姓名：贾宏业 学 号：1072101105 专 业：采矿工程 班 级：采矿10-1班 指导教师：王超摘 要 补连塔煤矿位于内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市乌兰木伦镇，交通较为便利，该矿井与铁路仅以乌兰木伦河一河之隔，矿区内主干公路也从井口附近通过。井田南北长及东西宽均为6 km左右，井田面积为34.43 km2，煤层平均厚度3.16 m，煤层倾角1～3°。井田工业储量为14168.6 万吨，可采储量为10470.3 万吨，该矿井设计生产能力为180 万t/a，服务年限为42 a。 矿井工作制度为“四六”制，全矿布置一个综采工作面，工作面长度为170m。开拓方式为斜井单水平开拓，布置一组大巷贯通全矿井，采用长壁采煤法，综合机械化开采。运输大巷采用胶带运煤，大巷辅助运输采用采用无轨胶轮车运输材料和人员。矿井采用中央集中式通风方式，抽出式通风方法，掘进面采用局扇通风。 设计完成说明书75页，图纸8张。 关键词：开拓、采煤、通风 Abstract Bulianta Coal Mine is located in Wulanmulun town, Ordos,Innermongolia. The traffic of Tunxilige Coal Mine is convenient.The Mine and railway is only separated by a Wulanmulun River, also the main road of the mining area is near the wellhead. The length from north to south and the width form east to west of the mining area is both 6km. The mining area is 34.43 km2, the average coal seam thickness is 3.16 meters, the coal seam inclination is 1~3° . Mine industrial reserves is 14168.6 million tons, recoverable reserves is 10552.4 million tons, This Coal Mine designed capacity is 180 million tons, length of service is 42 years. Mine system of four-six system, only one face production, face length of 170m. Incline explore ways to develop single-level, using a group of long roadway through the whole mining area, The Mine uses longwall mining method, the integrated mechanized of mining.Transportation roadway use belt to transport coal, the use of auxiliary transport roadway using trackless underground car transport materials and people. .The Ventilation is central focus for the Mine and the ventilation methods is taking. Excavation of ventilation with the ventilation fan. The design completed 82 illustrative papers and 9 drawings .
