The scale of the design is 66968.22m3/d, the population density of the city is 200 people per square kilometer. The geological feature of the county is high in the northern and eastern part, while relatively low in other regions. The altitude of the county reaches 1047 to 1092 meters. Northwestern winds dominates in the area. The design is an initial one for a community in Hejing County, Xinjiang Autonomous Region.
