某高层建筑梁式转换层的设计分析 　　摘要：近年来，随着我国国民经济持续快速发展，高层建筑也迅猛发展，向着体型复杂、功能多样和内部空间多变的综合性方向发展，其复杂程度排在世界前列。在同一座建筑中，沿房屋高度方向建筑功能发生复杂的立体交叉，上部楼层布置旅馆、住宅、中部楼层作为办公用房、下部楼层作商店、餐馆和文化设施；而结构的正常布置与建筑功能对空间的要求正好相反，因此必须在结构转换的楼层设置水平转换构件，即转换层结构。本文就某高层建筑梁式转换层的设计进行研究与分析。 　　关键词：高层建筑；结构转换层；结构设计 　　Abstract: In recent years, with the sustained and rapid development of Chinas national economy, the rapid development of high-rise buildings, the complex shape, functional diversity and comprehensive direction changeable internal space development, its complexity is ranked in the forefront of the world.
