烟 台 南 山 学 院 毕 业 论 文 题目 饮水器产品设计研究 姓 名： 崔开新 所在学院： 机械学院 所学专业： 工业设计 班 级： 工业设计0901 学 号： 200901200203 指导教师： 甘玉荣 完成时间： 2013年5月 饮水器产品设计研究摘 要 水家电作为家电类的一个新兴产品，越来越受到消费者的重视。而前一阵沸沸扬扬的毒胆风波也将水家电的安全、健康问题提到了一个新的高度。目前，我国城市中净水器的家庭普及率不到1％，而净水器市场也只占了整个饮水机市场的35％。业内人士认为，尽管整个行业目前还处于萌芽期，但是随着百姓健康消费意识和购买力的不断提高，净水器的市场空间将非常大，每年至少蕴含上亿元的利润空间。净水机器在工业上应用的很早很广泛，比如食品饮料、化工电子、医药等行业，在生产过程中的一些环节自来水是不能满足使用要求的，所以必须要经过净水设备的处理。关于饮水机设计，消费者看到的是它的外形，其次功能，最后还要看是否真的能够起到净水的作用。外形设计，采用简洁的造型特点，简洁大方，给消费者一舒适感，稳重大方。还要精心挑选产品材料，不仅能够长时间使用，而且还要不能对水有任何的污染，确保安全。材料结实耐用。功能方面，特意的增加了研磨咖啡，冲咖啡的功能，和制作豆浆的功能，真正的做到一机多用，多功能于一身，方便消费者。采用先进的直饮水机技术，采用阶梯式处理水，加热水，从而使饮水的耗电降低， 关键词：饮水机，水家电的安全，二次污染，可实现性，功能性，合理性 ABSTRACTWater appliancesas a new productof household electrical appliances,moreandmore attention of consumers.Andaraise a Babel of criticism oftoxicbile stormwillbesafe,healthywaterhome applianceto a new height.At present,our countrycitywater purifiershousehold penetration rate ofless than 1%,while the water purifiermarketaccounted for only35%of thewater dispenser market.The personage inside course of study thinks,although the wholeindustryis still in theembryonic stage,but withpeoples healthawareness andimprovepurchasing power,water purifiermarket space will bevery large,containsbillions of dollars inprofitevery year at least.Water purifyingmachinein the industrial application ofvery early verywidely,such as food and beverage,chemical,electronic,pharmaceutical and other industries,someaspects ofwaterin the production processcan not meet theuse requirements,somust passwater purification equipment.Thedrinking water machinedesign,consumers see isits shape,then thefunction,finally tosee if itcan playthe role ofcleanwater.Shape design,shapefeatures,conciseconcise generous,to giveconsumersacomfortable,stable and generous.Alsocarefully selectedmaterials,not only can be
