毕业论文 题目 360度绩效考核在人力资源管理中的应用研究 学生所在学院 经济管理学院__ __ 专 业 人力资源管理_ ___ 摘 要 随着我国企业对员工绩效考核的重视，普遍引入了外企使用的多种员工绩效考核方法，虽然也取得了一些成效，但总体效果并不理想。本文分析了员工绩效考核中的360度绩效考核法在人力资源管理中的应用，指出了我国企业实施效果不理想的根本原因，并尝试给出一些改变这种现象的方法。绩效考核一直是人力资源管理领域的一个难点和重点，在人事决策（如奖惩、人员选拔等）和薪酬管理方面具有重要的作用。随着人力资源管理理论和实践的不断深入和发展，管理者越来越认识到员工的发展与企业的发展是紧密联系在一起的，因此员工的职业生涯发展、工作生活质量的提高等成为了人力资源管理的新焦点。 关键词：绩效考核 企业 人力资源管理 360度绩效考核法 ABSTRACT Along with our country enterprise to staffs performance is examined attention, introduced the general use of foreign employee performance evaluation methods, although also made some achievements, but the overall effect is not ideal. This paper analyzes the staffs performance is examined performance assessment method 360 degrees in human resources management application, had pointed out the Chinese enterprises to carry out the root cause of the effect is not ideal, and tried to give some change of this kind of phenomenon method. Performance evaluation of human resource management is always a difficult and important field in personnel decisions (such as rewards and punishments, personnel selection, etc.) and reward management plays an important role.
