淮安信息职业技术学院 毕业论文 题 目 物流企业提高物流服务质量--对大达物流公司的探讨 学生姓名 学 号 系 部 商学院 专 业 物流管理 班 级 指导教师 顾问教师 摘 要 随着经济的不断发展，我国的物流企业越来越多，随之也面临着巨大的竞争压力，大大小小的物流公司不仅存在着价格竞争，当然作为企业顾客服务的主要构成部分的物流服务也成为企业之间竞争的关键。从物流业的长久发展情况来看，我国大部分物流企业现在提供的物流服务主要在运输和仓储这一块，市场竞争方面主要是通过价格来作为最根本的竞争手段。为了我国物流业的更好发展，必须改变这样的一种现象，最关键的就是建立新的物流服务模式，改变传统物流停滞不前的现象。如何才能将物流公司经营的更出色，适应如今形势的发展，如何在物流服务方面做好，以这一难题引起了众多经营者和有志之士的关注和忧虑如今也成为了物流业的一大热门话题。 本文通过对江苏百成大达物流有限公司的研究，分析了大达物流公司的发展现状，并指出了大达物流公司在物流服务方面和管理过程中的一些问题，对于这些问题也提出了相对应的解决措施，提出了合理化的发展对策。 关键词：物流服务，创新 ，客户服务，企业竞争力?
