The construction of urban rail transit have some characterations, such as complicy, protracted nature and dyamicnature, Any contract would not foreseen all the possible changes in the implementation of the project , construction alteration is inevitation. construction alteration has a powerful “devastating” to the contract price and time limit, A prefer construction alteration is contribuciotion to the realize of the goals, Meanwhile, it plays an important role to control the pace of project, quality, and reduce the cost of the project . The article through to the research of enginerring alteration mangement in urban rail transit projects under BT mode, combined with the reason and influence factors of the construction alteration of shenzhen metro line 5, according to the type of construction alteration to propose some commanding measures such as releasing construction alteration order, changing the project examnation and approval authority,or in accordance with procedures stipulated in the contract and so on, moreover, some measures are proposed to controlthe price of the enginerring alteration.
