This article through to the meaning of financial supervision, the financial supervision necessity theory and its financial supervision of the goal and the principle, financial supervision content and international financial supervision main pattern research, the financial supervision theory made a general idea. Based on this, this paper introduces the United States, the United Kingdom the two world developed country compare the financial supervision system evolution, the two countries the development of financial supervision, main characteristics are summarized narrative, and the two countries in different periods of financial supervision system and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of. The two countries through the financial supervision system of comparative analysis, further understand the United States and Britains financial regulator to protect the healthy development of the financial industry, ensure its prudent management aspects of the role in promoting.
