包头师范学院本科毕业论文 摘要 在现代人力资源管理中,薪酬是非常重要的内容。企业要想留住人才,不能仅依靠管理,而是要建立一个健全的薪酬体系制度,在设计薪酬体系时要对内要注重公平公平,对外要有竞争力,只有合理公平的薪酬体系才能更好地吸收人才,在竞争中始终充满活力。本文结合某企业的实际情况,分析其在薪酬体系设计中存在的问题,根据人力资源管理中薪酬管理的相关知识,设计一份合理的薪酬。 本文重点讨论了岗位评价的具体方法并对薪酬构成进行设计。首先,根据企业的发展阶段和发展战略设计相应的薪酬策略,其次,根据职位分析和岗位分析重新划分职能等级,确定薪酬,以保证企业内部的公平性。通过外部薪酬调查,了解外部薪酬水平,提高企业在市场上的竞争力;通过岗位绩效工资和奖金福利提高员工工作的积极性,在运行中不断完善薪酬体系。 关键词:薪酬体系;岗位评价;竞争性 Abstract In modern human resources management, the salary is very important content. Enterprises want to retain talent, should not only rely on management, but rather to establish a sound system of salary system, in designing the salary system to internally to focus on fair and externally competitive, only in a fair and equitable salary system can better absorb talent competition has always been full of vigor. Combined with the actual situation of an enterprise, analyzes the problems existing in the design of salary system, according to relevant knowledge of compensation management in human resource management, design a reasonable salary. This article focuses on the specific methods of job evaluation and salary system design. First of all, according to the development stage of enterprise and development strategy designed remuneration policies and, secondly, redrawing functions based on the job analysis and job analysis to determine remuneration, in order to ensure fairness within the enterprise. By external compensation surveys, knowledge of the pay levels, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market; jobs through performance pay and bonuses and benefits increase employee motivation, and constantly improve the compensation system in the run.
