股骨头坏死动物模型的研究进展 蒋鲁勇 庞清江2 【摘要】：目的 总结股骨头坏死动物模型的研究进展，分析各种方法的优缺点及进一步研究方向。方法 查阅近年来国内外各种股骨头坏死动物模型制作的相关文献,进行综合分析。结果 激素性、创伤性、物理性、酒精性等各种方法在制作股骨头坏死动物模型中各有优点和局限性，尤其是后期股骨头塌陷，成为制作难点之一，激素+辅助制剂造模比较符合人类股骨头坏死的病理过程，值得进一步研究。结论 目前尚无一种模型能够很好地模拟人类股骨头坏死的全过程，各造模方法尚需进一步研究。 【关键词】股骨头坏死；动物模型；研究进展 RESEARCH ADVANCES IN ANIMAL MODELS OF OSTEONECROSIS OF FEMORAL HEAD/JIANG Luyong1，PANG Qingjiang2. 1Medical School,Ningbo University, Ningbo Zhejiang, 315211, P. Corresponding author : PANG Qingjiang, E-mail: pqjey@ sina. com 【Abstract】　Objective To give a review to the variety of animal models with osteonecrosis of the femoral head established by scholars in recent years, and to analyze the pros and cons of various models, in order to establish a?clear?path?for further study. Methods The articles about the establishment of femoral head necrosis animal models were retrieved with the key words of “femoral head necrosis, animal model” at home and abroad for?analysis. Results　 The hormona, traumatic, physical and alcohol?– induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head, each of these methods had its own advantages and disadvantages. Especially the model of collapse of the femoral head was one of the difficulty. Steroid-induced in modeling approaches method which was more closely the pathological?process?of ONFH deserves more investigation.
