chic 本科毕业论文（设计） 题 目 台灯罩注塑模具设计 学 院 工学院 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期 西安思源学院教务处制 二〇一 六 年 五 月  摘要 注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法，它主要适用于热塑性的成型可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件，本次设计就是将台灯罩作为设计模型，将注塑模具的相关知识作为依据，阐述塑料注塑模具的整体设计过程。本文设计的内容就是台灯罩注塑模具，材料为ABS，根据其结构形状特点以及通过对台灯罩成型工艺的正确分析，确定型腔的总体布局，选择分型面，确定脱模方式，设计浇注系统等；同时本文对注塑模具进行简要介绍，对注塑模具中的主要零件进行设计计算，在设计过程中着重考虑其生产实际中的经济性和合理性。 本文运用大学所学的知识，提出了台灯罩注塑模具的结构组成以及主要零部件的设计中所必须的理论计算和相关强度校验，构建了台灯罩注塑模具设计总的指导思想，从而得出了该塑料模具的优点是高效，经济，并且出模精度高的结论。 关键词：注塑模 注射成型 分型面 结论 ABSTRCT Injection molding is an important method of plastic forming, it is mainly used for molding thermoplastic molding can be a complex shape of precision plastic parts, the design of the cup as a design model, the injection mold related knowledge as the basis, elaborated the whole design process of plastic injection mould.
