ISA SEAPORT E TEAM MEMBERS’ RECENT SERVICE EXPERIENCE INTEGRATED SYSTEMS ANALYSTS, INC. ISA is an information technology services firm founded in 1980 and headquartered in Alexandria, VA. For 31 years, ISA has provided systems engineering and management services to Department of Defense Agencies. We design, implement, and manage engineering solutions using computer-based systems to support federal Government, as well as commercial business customers. Integrated Systems Analysts, Inc. supports the NAVSEA Seaport e functional areas 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.17, 3.18, 3.19, 3.20, and 3.21. ISA’s experience includes: 1. Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command. ISA currently supports two projects within NAVSEA. a. ISA currently supports the NAVSEA 62 Battle Force Interoperability Support effort, within which we help define and modify shipboard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Collaboration, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) baselines. ISA assists NAVSEA 62 in defining, evaluating, and planning Combat System and C4I upgrades to all classes of Navy ships and in defining the interoperability issues associated with these upgrades. The specific methods used include the annual establishment of Fleet Commander-approved baselines for each ship in the Navy and Military Sealift Command and the management of the on-line change control process associated with modifying these baselines. ISA also identifies, tracks, and assists in the resolution of issues associated with installation planning and interoperability. This work is done as a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin under contract N00024-01-D-7025 (NAVSEA MAC(LM)). This NAVSEA 62 support work is exclusively performed in the National Capital Zone. The tasks listed in the RFP which are performed on this work include: 3.2 Engineering Support, 3.5 System Des Doc/Tech Data, 3.10 CM Support, 3.20 Program Support, and 3.21 Administrative Support. b.
