Hence, make sure you write your business apology letter honestly and with proper care. Here are 3 steps to take in order to write an appropriate letter of apology. 1. Offer your apology in the beginning of the letter and clearly state the problem; 2. Give some explanation for what happened; 3. Focus on what actions you are taking to rectify the problem.
