本科毕业设计（论文） 题目 基于组态王和三菱FX2N PLC的全自动洗衣机设计 学 院 电气与自动化工程学院 年 级 11级 专 业 自动化 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 论文提交日期 2013-5-20 基于组态王和三菱FX2N PLC的全自动洗衣机设计 摘要 本设计利用现有的实验室设备——PLC综合实验装置台，基于组态王和三菱FX2N PLC的全自动洗衣机设计。本设计主要对全自动洗衣机的软硬件进行仿真设计。硬件系统以三菱FX2N系列的可编程控制器为控制核心，由西门子MM440变频器、圆工作台模块、数码管模块、上位机、RS-232串行接口等组成。PLC部分的程序采用梯形图编程，人机界面部分则采用组态王软件进行界面设计，并通过通信协议实现了串行通信。该全自动洗衣机仿真系统能实现洗衣模式选择、投币、找零、金额不足退币、洗衣计时、转速选择、结束报警等功能。当今社会自动化程度越来越高，全自动洗衣机在日常生活中的应用将越来越广泛，因此，本全自动洗衣机的研究和设计有着非常重要现实意义。 关键词：PLC 变频器 组态王 洗衣机 自动化 The Design of Automatic Washing Machine System based on Kingview and Mitsubishi FX2N Abstract This design simulates a automatic washing machine system based on Kingview and Mitsubishi FX2N, using the existing laboratory equipment PLC experimental apparatus desk. The design mainly covers the software and hardware simulation of automatic washing machine. The Hardware system with the control center of The programmable logic controller of the Mitsubishi FX2N series consists of Siemens MM440 inverter, round table module, the digital control module, the computer, RS-232 serial interface, etc. The PLC part of the procedures for the use of ladder diagram programming, man-machine interface part using Kingview software interface design, and realize the serial communication through the communication protocol. The system has realized the feature of inserting the coin, displaying the change, returning the money when you are shopping without enough money, washing time, speed selection, end alarm function, etc. As the level of the automation is improving, the application of automatic washing machine in daily life becomes more popular. Therefore, the design and research of this system has a very important practical meaning.
